Conceived in association with Rainer Becker, and developed alongside Executive Chef Hamish Brown, INKO NITO boasts two locations: Los Angeles art district and London Soho. They offer an unconventional, shared dining experience that encapsulates Japanese robatayaki infused with Korean influences transforming itself into a premiere casual dining juggernaut—the perfect destination to enjoy an unexpected, fun, vibrant culinary adventure. Landscape walls, handcrafted tiled beams and hand carved wood furniture serve as the backdrop to a central robata grill. The grill is surrounded by a serious of playful, seemingly haphazard counter seats which allow the diner to experience a new approachable way of eating.
